She is the only Carrier Sotheby’s International Realty agent to receive NJAR’s Circle of Excellence award consecutively from 1992 to 2006 as well as 2008 thru 2010. Carrier Sotheby’s recognized Nancy as "Salesperson of the Year" for 6 out of 8 years and she held the status of "Top Performer for Units Sold" for the company in 2004. Nancy is a Lifetime Member of NJAR’s Distinguished Sales Club and is a past recipient of Coldwell Banker’s "Excellence in Sales Performance" and "Top Ten Listings Sold" awards.

Nancy has been a resident of Brigantine for over thirty years. She loves the island and found it a perfect place to raise her two daughters. Formerly from New York, she worked in the stock market before making the transition to real estate where she felt her financial experience would be useful. From first time buyers to investors looking for a second home, Nancy loves helping her clients through every phase of the buying or selling process. She provides professionalism, honesty, integrity, attention to detail, quick and efficient communication and, very importantly, skillful negotiation abilities to help her client reach their goal.
Nancy continues her tradition of community service and involvement with charitable organizations. She has taught CCD to Brigantine children for over 20 years. She has been married for 37 years and is the proud mother of two grown daughters who are successful as a Pharmacist and Computer Systems Analyst. Nancy and her husband enjoy biking, golfing, playing tennis, and fishing together. They also love to relax poolside while enjoying their beautiful home with their family which now includes her son-in-law, John; grandson, Tyler Patrick; and granddaughter, Avery Grace. Nancy speaks Italian and some French.
