Specializing in all phases of Residential Real Estate for over 30 years, this seasoned Realtor went on to get her Broker’s license just two years after beginning in the business. Sallye started out in the mid-70's with Lange Real Estate, her family’s real estate business, and has been with Carrier Sotheby’s International Realty for over ten years. She has garnered many impressive achievements including "Realtor of the Year" for the local Board of Realtors in 1992, recipient of the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club award in 1999, 2000, and 2001, and the NJAR Circle of Excellence award for 2002, 2003, and 2004.

Sallye continues to volunteer her time and expertise at the local, state, and national levels. She teaches new member orientation classes and Code of Ethics to existing members of the local Atlantic County and City Board of Realtors, serves as a member of the Legislative and Nominating Committees and Chairperson of the Board’s Budget Committee. Presently as a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtor’s Board of Directors, Sallye is also a NJAR committee member of the Association’s Professional Standards Committee, as well as the Risk Management Committee. She proudly represented NJAR as its State Representative on the National Association of Realtors’ Professional Standard Committee in 2006. Locally, she volunteers her time in Brigantine as Vice President of the island’s Fourth Ward Residents’ Association.
